“After some internet searching we decided on Groove Sound to do the disco at our parents surprise 60th party - and we definitely made the correct decision! Spencer was really approachable before the party to discuss arrangements and on the night the music played ensured the dance floor was never empty and created a great party atmosphere! If I ever require another disco there will be no need for an internet search as I'll contact Groove Sound straight away!”

“Spencer really did an excellent job for my 50th birthday party. I can't recommend him highly enough. We met before hand and spent some time going through my very particular music selection! Spencer really understood the mood I wanted and also made some excellent recommendations. On the night he was flexible enough to make sure the music was working and got people dancing. He tracked down my obscure final track requests and really did help make it a top night. Very professional, excellent equipment and lights. Many thanks”

“I'd put 6 stars If I could... A really professional and clearly experienced DJ that took the time to research and prepare for getting the right music and feel for our guests from start to finish... Catering for all musical needs, everyone had an amazing night. He has a fantastic set-up with awesome sound quality, lights and smoke machine. A really great service from a genuinely nice bloke! Thanks for putting on a top night... Highly recommended!!”

“Groove Sound did a wonderful job as our wedding DJ. Right from the start he made a real effort to get to know us and our tastes & preferences to ensure he understood exactly what we wanted. We were able to request as many songs as we wanted, but we were equally happy to trust Spencer's judgment on what would work best. The mix of music on the night was perfect (very tasteful and NOT cheesy, other than by request!) and really got the party going. He also handled our very bespoke (!) playlist of traditional Greek and Finnish music masterfully - nobody would have known it was the first time he'd ever played it. All our guests, young and old, were on their feet and it was a fantastic evening. Spencer also did a beautiful job with the lighting which transformed our venue beyond our expectations. To top it off, he is a genuinely lovely guy who is a pleasure to work with. Would recommend him whole-heartedly.”
